Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a package is returned to the warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you can request a reshipment. However, the client will be responsible for the shipping costs of the second delivery due to the initial address error.
If you wish to replace your product, we recommend returning the item first. Once the return is processed and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
