What is your return/exchange policy?

Once I place my order, how long will it take to be shipped?
All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.
My order status says "delivered", but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
Check your shipping confirmation for the latest updates. Long Live Lashes isn't responsible for lost packages, so keep an eye on your delivery and be ready for its arrival!
How do I place an order for pickup?
Once you’ve added all your products to your cart follow these steps at checkout:
- Select “Local Pickup” located underneath your subtotal.
- Select your desired pick-up location.
- Choose an available pickup date and time.
- Continue to “Checkout”.
What should I do if my order is wrong/missing items?

Is your adhesive latex free?
Yes! All of our adhesives are latex and formaldehyde free.
What is the optimal temperature and relative humidity for Lash Lightyear Adhesive?
An open bottle of Lash Lightyear Adhesive can last 4-8 weeks with proper care. Un-opened, you can keep a bottle of Lash Lightyear inside its zipped bag and store it in the refrigerator for 3-6 months.
We recommend replacing opened bottles of Lash Lightyear Adhesive every 6 weeks to ensure product quality and consistency. Ordering adhesive on a monthly basis will ensure the best product quality and to help avoid issues with shelf-life. This helps keep the product fresh and functioning exactly how you love!
How can I request an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for my products?
MSDS sheets for our adhesives, sealant/bonder, and remover are available upon request. If you’d like to request an MSDS please email us at: Info@LongLiveLashes.com.
What are Long Live Lashes’s lashes made of?
Our lashes are high quality Cashmere. This means they are a beautiful blend of silk and mink qualities that create synthetic lash fiber that is velvety soft, matte, lightweight and durable. Currently, all our volume lashes come in .04mm width and our classic lashes, including bottom lashes, are flat lashes.
What lash curls do you offer?
We offer C, CC and J curls.
What are flat lashes? Do you offer them?
Flat lashes are eyelash extensions that are flat at the base. They are as lightweight as a .07mm volume lash, but still offer the same boldness as a .20mm lash. Flat lashes are only available in classic lashes.

And I’m infatuated with everything lash extensions! I started getting my lashes done in 2016. From there, I asked my lash artist at the time, Ashley, to train me on the technique in 2017. Fast forward 7-8 years later, and I’ve since quit my full time job as a School Counselor, gotten an Esthetics License and I have been doing lashes full time now for 7 years. I’ve also worked with other lash brands in product development, marketing and sells in that time as well. My goal with Long Live Lashes was to create a brand thats cutting edge, offering high quality products that supports both the longevity of our work and the evolving needs of the (crazy) beauty industry we all love. For me, lashes are more than a beauty trend.
